Ingredients:

- 1/2 avocado
- 1/2 cup spinach
- 1/2 cup banana (about half a banana)
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup ice

Instructions:

1. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a blender.
2. Add the spinach, banana, chia seeds, water, and ice to the blender.
3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
4. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately!
