Chocolate Chip Cookies with a Melted Chocolate Center 

Ingredients:
1 cup
(butter, softened)
¾ cup
(granulated sugar)
2 large 
(eggs)
2 tsp
(vanilla extract)
2 ½ cups
(all-purpose flour)
1 tsp
(baking soda)
½ tsp
(salt)
2 cups
(chocolate chips)
Extra squares of(chocolate for the melty center)
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cream together
butter,
brown sugar, and
granulated sugar until smooth and fluffy.
Mix in
eggs, one at a time, then stir in
vanilla extract.
In a separate bowl, whisk
flour,
baking soda, and
salt, then gradually combine with the wet mixture.
Fold in
chocolate chips.
Scoop the dough onto a baking sheet. Press a small piece of
chocolate into the center of each dough ball and cover it with more dough.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, until golden brown on the edges but soft in the center.
Cool slightly, and enjoy that melty chocolate in the middle!
