Ingredients:

For the Cookie Dough Layer:

1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed

1 cup all-purpose flour

1/4 cup milk
1 cup mini chocolate chips

For the Ice Cream Layer:

1 quart vanilla ice cream, softened
1 quart chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream, softened

For the Chocolate Ganache:

1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
3/4 cup heavy cream
1 tablespoon unsalted butter

For Garnish:

Extra mini chocolate chips
Cookie dough balls
Chocolate chunks
Chocolate shavings or curls

Instructions:

Make the Cookie Dough Layer:

Prepare the Dough: In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Add the vanilla extract and mix well. 🍪
