Irresistible Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Ice Cream Cake 


This Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Ice Cream Cake is a dessert lover's dream! With layers of rich cookie dough, creamy ice cream, and decadent chocolate ganache, it's a cool and indulgent treat that will satisfy your sweet tooth with every bite.
Ingredients:
For the Cookie Dough Layer:
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup milk
1 cup mini chocolate chips
For the Ice Cream Layer:
1 quart vanilla ice cream, softened
1 quart chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream, softened
For the Chocolate Ganache:
1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
3/4 cup heavy cream
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
For Garnish:
Extra mini chocolate chips
Cookie dough balls
Chocolate chunks
Chocolate shavings or curls
Instructions:
Make the Cookie Dough Layer:
Prepare the Dough: In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Add the vanilla extract and mix well. 
Add Dry Ingredients: Mix in the flour and salt. Gradually add the milk until the dough reaches a soft consistency. Stir in the mini chocolate chips. 
Press into Pan: Press the cookie dough evenly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan lined with parchment paper. Place the pan in the freezer for at least 30 minutes to firm up. 
Assemble the Ice Cream Layers:
Add Vanilla Ice Cream: Once the cookie dough layer has set, spread the softened vanilla ice cream evenly over the cookie dough. Smooth the top with a spatula. Freeze for another 30 minutes. 
Add Cookie Dough Ice Cream: Spread the softened chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream over the vanilla ice cream layer. Smooth the top and freeze the entire cake for 2-3 hours, or until firm. 
Make the Chocolate Ganache:
Prepare the Ganache: In a small saucepan, heat the heavy cream until it begins to simmer. Remove from heat and pour over the chocolate chips and butter in a heatproof bowl. Let it sit for 1-2 minutes, then whisk until smooth and shiny. Allow the ganache to cool slightly. 
Assemble the Cake:
Drizzle with Ganache: Once the ice cream cake is firm, remove it from the springform pan and place it on a serving plate. Pour the chocolate ganache over the top of the cake, letting it drip down the sides. 
Garnish: Garnish with mini chocolate chips, cookie dough balls, chocolate chunks, and chocolate shavings or curls for an extra indulgent finish. 

Serve:
Slice and Enjoy: Freeze for another 30 minutes to set the ganache, then slice and enjoy this rich, creamy, and chocolatey ice cream cake masterpiece!
