On the positive side, 77% of companies plan to reskill and upskill employees between 2025 and 2030 so they can work alongside AI. However, roles like graphic design and secretarial jobs might see a decline.
 
AI skills are highly sought after! Almost 70% of companies are looking for AI design experts, and 62% want employees who can collaborate with AI, emphasizing teamwork between humans and machines rather than complete replacement.
