Nathalie Ross's recklessness cost her her hands.
Nathalie
Ross's recklessness cost her her hands. The 55-year-old Canadian woman
was on vacation in Turks and Caicos when she had the ill-conceived idea
to follow and try
to take a selfie with a nearly two-meter-long shark while wading in
shallow waters. Naturally, the shark attacked her, resulting in the
amputation of both her hands. The type of shark that attacked her has
not yet been identified, but the investigation suggests it might have
been a bull shark.
