Denji’s next nightmare is officially coming, but we’re still waiting to find out when.

Chainsaw Man: Assassins Arc is confirmed as the sequel to Chainsaw Man – The Movie: Reze Arc, with MAPPA returning to produce the next anime project. The story will see Denji targeted by assassins from around the world who are after his heart.

MAPPA released a new teaser in June 2026 showing more of the assassins and characters involved in the upcoming arc. However, as of September 18, there is still no official release date or release window.

So while the next chapter of Denji’s story is confirmed, fans are still waiting for the big release announcement.
