CAJUN STYLE SEAFOOD ALFREDO WITH LOBSTER, CRAB AND SALMON
Ingredients:
1 lb linguine pasta
1/2 lb crab meat
1/2 lb salmon fillet, cooked and flaked
2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
3/4 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Cook the linguine according to package instructions and set aside.
In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and Cajun seasoning, sautéing for 1 minute until fragrant.
Add lobster, crab, and salmon to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes until heated through.
Pour in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, stirring until smooth and creamy. Season with salt and pepper.
Toss the cooked pasta into the sauce and seafood mixture, coating everything evenly.
Serve immediately with extra Parmesan on top.
