GARLIC BUTTER LOBSTER & SCALLOPS 




This dish is the ultimate seafood indulgence – juicy lobster tails and perfectly seared scallops drenched in garlic butter. Fresh, rich, and oh-so-satisfying!
Ingredients:
For the Lobster:
- 2 lobster tails
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
- Lemon wedges, for serving
For the Scallops:
- 1/2 lb sea scallops, patted dry
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions:
Lobster:
1. Prepare Lobster Tails: Use kitchen shears to cut along the top of each shell and pull the lobster meat up to rest on top.
2. Garlic Butter: In a bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper. Brush over the lobster meat.
3. Broil Lobster: Place on a baking sheet and broil for 8-10 minutes, basting with garlic butter halfway through. Garnish with parsley and lemon wedges.
Scallops:
1. Sear the Scallops: In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high. Season scallops with salt and pepper, then sear for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
2. Garlic Butter: In the same skillet, melt butter and add garlic, cooking for 1 minute. Return scallops to the pan, coating them in the garlic butter.
Serve:
Plate with lobster and scallops together, drizzle with garlic butter, garnish with parsley, and serve with lemon wedges.
