1. Salmon & Spinach Salad 


Ingredients:
Grilled salmon filet 
Baby spinach 
Cherry tomatoes 
Kalamata olives 
1 boiled egg (halved) 
Feta cheese 
Olive oil & lemon dressing 
Instructions:
Arrange spinach as the base, then layer with cucumber, tomatoes, and olives.
Add grilled salmon, sliced boiled egg, and crumbled feta cheese.
Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice.
2. Avocado & Chicken Pasta Salad 


Ingredients:
Sliced grilled chicken breast 
Cooked pasta spirals 
Cherry tomatoes 
Sliced avocado 
Baby kale 
Olive oil, black pepper, and a touch of balsamic glaze 
Instructions:
Place kale as the base, then layer with sliced avocado, tomatoes, and pasta.
Top with grilled chicken and drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze.
3. Salmon & Cucumber Salad 


Ingredients:
Grilled salmon filet 
Sliced cucumber 
Cherry tomatoes 
Kalamata olives 
Avocado slices 
Boiled egg (sliced) 
Olive oil & cracked black pepper 
Instructions:
Arrange cucumber slices, tomatoes, olives, and avocado on a bed of greens.
Add grilled salmon and boiled egg slices.
Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with black pepper.
4. Chicken & Mediterranean Salad 


Ingredients:
Sliced grilled chicken 
Romaine lettuce 
Cherry tomatoes 
Sliced cucumber 
Kalamata olives 
Avocado 
Boiled eggs (halved) 
Feta cheese 
Olive oil & fresh herbs dressing 
Instructions:
Arrange romaine lettuce as the base and layer with cucumber, tomatoes, olives, and avocado.
Add sliced chicken, boiled eggs, and feta cheese.
Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with fresh herbs.
